Join Our Team: Counselors

We're looking for talented and compassionate counselors to join our team and help make a positive impact on people's lives. As a counselor, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and help them overcome a variety of challenges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field
• State licensure as a professional counselor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using evidence-based counseling techniques

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in counseling
