Meredith is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, she brings years of experience in exploring the intersection of motherhood and mental health. Meredith works compassionately with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, faith transitions, or feeling stuck in difficult moments. While women’s issues are a particular passion of hers, she eagerly welcomes the opportunity to support teens and adults from all backgrounds.
In therapy, Meredith draws from attachment theory but firmly believes in an integrated, client-centered approach to ensure that each person feels truly seen and heard. Recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all, she helps clients discover a treatment modality that resonates with who they are. Meredith sees her role as helping people tap into their own power to overcome life’s challenges. She practices and encourages radical acceptance, hoping her clients will learn to embrace themselves with the same level of compassion and love.
Outside of her work, Meredith is a proud mother of three teens and enjoys spending time with her kids and her dog, Millie.

Brittany is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and clinical depth to her work with clients. Having graduated with High Honors with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and bringing the life experience of being a mom of four boys, she understands the complex realities of balancing personal growth, relationships, and the stresses of everyday life.

Whether someone is carrying the weight of past experiences or simply feeling stuck and unsure of their next steps, Brittany meets them with nonjudgmental support and evidence-based tools to help foster healing and meaningful change. Kaelan comes with a background of working in schools, hospitals, and higher care settings. She worked with the mentally ill and those in mental health crises, with an extensive background in suicide work. Kaelan graduated with Honors from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor's of social work. She continued her education at the University of Utah, graduating with high honors in the Master of Social Work program. She values education and has taken the approach that learning is continual, and often takes place outside of the traditional classroom.
She believes that each client is the expert in their own lives and recognizes that the opportunity to learn is critical in development. Therapeutic work should be collaborative, and that can only be done when all parties are ready. Kaelan takes a motivational approach with the belief that eventually pain will subside, and we get to decide what will take its place.
Therapy can be uncomfortable, but it should be embraced as we make changes for growth, find value through the difficult experiences, and peace in collaboration. Kaelan currently works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
