Liz Harding is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a deep belief in the inherent goodness and strengths of every individual. With a warm and collaborative approach, Liz empowers her clients to take charge of their healing journey, honoring them as the true experts in their own lives. She is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can explore, grow, and thrive.
Liz specializes in working with children (ages 5-12), adults, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as ADHD (child and adult), trauma-related behaviors (including PTSD), adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and behavioral disorders. Chelsea Briar is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with extensive experience working in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. She has supported adults grappling with substance use disorders and at-risk adolescents facing co-occurring mental health and substance abuse challenges. Chelsea is deeply committed to empowering individuals on their healing journeys, believing that “All of the resources you need to triumph over your pain are already inside of you. It’s my job to help you find them. This is your healing journey, and it may get dark at times, but you don’t have to go it alone. Let me be the light to guide you.”

Ethan Carrasco is a dedicated mental health therapist who brings a rare combination of lived experience, cultural insight, and professional expertise to his practice. As a former resilience instructor in the U.S. Army and a combat veteran of Iraq, Ethan offers a profound understanding of trauma, resilience, and personal transformation. His global experiences and immersion in diverse cultures have shaped his identity as a compassionate, culturally sensitive therapist who embraces the richness of every individual’s background and story.
Ethan's therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered, strength-based philosophy that honors each person’s unique journey. Kristiana is a graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University in 2014.
Through her graduate training, Kristiana has developed the skills to work with a diverse range of clients, including multicultural individuals, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
In her therapeutic work, Kristiana primarily draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), approaches that allow her to support clients with depth, empathy, and creativity. As a creative at heart, she enjoys bringing art and imaginative expression into the therapy space, fostering a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where every person can feel truly seen and supported.
Kristiana is especially passionate about working with couples at all stages of their journey—whether engaged, newly married, navigating separation, or healing after divorce—as well as with new parents and individuals facing challenges related to sexuality and shame. She is also deeply committed to supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief.
Outside of her work, Kristiana enjoys reading, painting, writing, and spending time with her loved ones.
