I am a dedicated mental health therapist who brings a unique combination of lived experience, cultural insight, and professional expertise to my practice. As a former resilience instructor in the U.S. Army and a combat veteran of Iraq, I have a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and personal transformation. My global experiences have shaped my identity as a compassionate, culturally sensitive therapist who values each person’s background and story.

I specialize in Couples Therapy and helping individuals heal from toxic relationships. Whether you’re struggling in a difficult partnership or breaking free from harmful dynamics, I provide clarity, empowerment, and lasting change. I am particularly skilled in helping clients understand and set boundaries with individuals who exhibit traits of personality disorders, such as Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and other complex relational patterns.

Beyond relationships, I am here for those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck. Whether you’re battling anxiety or depression, questioning your identity, or facing an existential crisis, I offer a compassionate light to guide you through and out of the darkness. You don’t have to navigate these struggles alone—I am committed to helping you find clarity, healing, and renewed purpose.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based, integrating Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and, when requested, a Theistic-centered approach that incorporates faith into the healing process.

I strive to make therapy accessible, engaging, and transformative, creating a space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to face life’s challenges and move forward with hope and resilience.
