Meet Olivia Nelson, CMHC-I
Olivia Nelson is a Master’s-level clinician currently completing her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. She works with children, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, attachment concerns, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and trauma-informed approach, Olivia helps clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns. She collaborates with clients to build emotional safety, self-compassion, and resilience, supporting meaningful and lasting change.
In her work with couples, Olivia focuses on strengthening communication, deepening emotional attunement, and helping partners move from reactive cycles toward more secure and connected relationships. Her style is warm, relational, and grounded, and she is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
