She has an extensive background in bereavement, including children and teens. Lacey also helps children and adolescents build emotional awareness, coping skills, and navigate hardships. She is passionate about supporting adults navigating anxiety, relationships, self-worth, and healing from difficult experiences. She works with couples to reconnect, heal, and strengthen communication. Lacey's passion for this work comes not only from her training but also from her own life experiences navigating life's unexpected difficulties. Those experiences have deepened her compassion and reinforced her belief that healing is possible, even when the path forward feels uncertain. Lacey approaches therapy through a relational and trauma-informed lens, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Couples Method, art therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. She values authenticity, collaboration, curiosity, and even moments of humor throughout the healing process. Lacey understands that reaching out for help can be a courageous step, and she deeply appreciates the vulnerability the therapeutic process requires. She believes no one should navigate difficult experiences alone, and it is a privilege for her to walk alongside individuals as they move toward healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Whether you are navigating pain, change, or a quiet calling toward something more, Lacey welcomes you fully, just as you are.
