Olivia Nelson is a master’s-level clinician with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She works with children, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, attachment concerns, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
Olivia takes a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help clients better understand themselves and the experiences that have shaped their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She believes that many of the patterns we develop serve a purpose and that healing begins with creating a sense of safety, curiosity, and self-compassion. Through a collaborative process, Olivia helps clients process difficult experiences, develop greater emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
In her work with couples, Olivia focuses on strengthening communication, deepening emotional attunement, and helping partners move from reactive cycles toward more secure and connected relationships. Her style is warm, relational, and grounded, and she is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
