I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently completing my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Science from Utah Valley University. I was born in Argentina and raised primarily in the United States, which has given me an appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families from a variety of backgrounds.
Before beginning my clinical training, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I implemented Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supported individuals with autism spectrum disorder across a wide range of ages and support needs. Through that experience, I worked closely with clients and their families to help them build skills, overcome challenges, and reach meaningful goals. It also taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and recognizing the strengths they already have.
I have a particular interest in working with couples, families, trauma, anxiety, autism, parenting concerns, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping families improve communication, navigate difficult relationship patterns, and strengthen the connections that matter most to them.
My goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable being themselves, feel heard without judgment, and feel supported as they work through life's challenges. I believe that growth and healing happen through connection, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they move toward the changes they hope to create.
