I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in my counseling sessions, including Interpersonal Process, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have experience working with individuals that are struggling with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety as well as other mental health disorders.
