Hi, I'm Jordan, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who integrates a humanistic foundation with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. My work emphasizes compassion, authenticity, and the inherent worth of each individual, while also supporting clients in developing practical tools for emotional regulation, self-understanding, and growth.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational challenges, and intrusive or distressing thoughts. I emphasize collaboration and individualized care, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique goals and lived experience. My approach supports clients in better understanding their inner experiences, developing effective coping skills, and moving toward meaningful, values-aligned change.

Having navigated significant identity shifts myself, I bring deep respect and sensitivity to clients exploring questions of meaning, belief, and self-concept. In my work, I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, and exploring Utah’s outdoors with my wife, friends, and dog.
