How can we move out of darkness and suffering into a rich and meaningful life? Life is heavy - navigating grief, anxiety, depression, or trauma only makes it heavier. I believe there are valuable lessons in our suffering and through self-awareness, self-compassion and mindfulness - we are our strongest power. We are resilient beings - and tapping into our resilience is just the first step. It would be an honor to take that step with you. I don’t believe one size fits all. Your struggles and story are uniquely your own, and so is your path to healing. I believe in using an ecclectic mixture of techniques and theories like DBT, CBT, Family Systems, Existentialism & Buddhist theories. I am seeking my EMDR certification as well.
