Hello! My name is Crystina and as a therapist, I am dedicated to meeting you where you are at and guiding you in your healing journey! I am committed to creating a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and validated. I make it a top priority to create a nonjudgmental and accepting space. I believe that the most integral part of being human is that we support and accept each other during life's hard moments.
I am in my specialist year with the University of Utah's Master of Social Work program. I have previous experience working with marginalized groups including people of color, women, LGBTQIA+ communities, and people with disabilities. Over the past two years, I have focused on topics of trauma, substance use, and mental health. I utilize various modalities in my work, some of my favorite modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing!
Please let me know if you have any questions for me! I'm excited to meet you!
