How do we move out of suffering and into a rich, meaningful life? Life can feel heavy... especially when navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles. In those moments, it’s easy to feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. I believe healing begins within a safe, authentic relationship where you feel truly seen.
My approach is relational and person-centered, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection - both within yourself and with others. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your inner world, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your inherent resilience. And a space where we can laugh together! Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that have shaped you, while building new ways of relating to yourself and those around you.
I love working with both individuals and couples who are navigating difficult or transformative seasons of life. I draw from an integrative framework, including person-centered therapy, relational and attachment-based work, with IFS, existential perspectives, and creative or holistic approaches sprinkled throughout. I am also EMDR trained.
I believe your story is uniquely your own, and so is your path to healing. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients. I can't wait to meet you!
