My work focuses on building on your existing strengths and experiences to create meaningful and lasting change in your life. I believe that creating change is a joint effort and I am passionate about working with clients experiencing difficulty in their life. I believe this experience looks different for everyone and work to provide a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy all with an emphasis on mindfulness.
