I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker based in Washington State, and I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington. My practice is grounded in inclusivity and compassion, and I work with a diverse range of clients, including people of color, immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, teenagers, adults of all ages, and those who have experienced relationship violence or survived physical and sexual abuse.
As a trauma-informed provider, I draw from multiple theoretical perspectives and techniques, with a foundation in behaviorist principles. I’m particularly focused on understanding how life’s challenges shape the ways individuals adapt and cope. To support my clients, I integrate approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), person-centered therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), as well as empowerment and advocacy. My goal is to meet each person where they are and help them move toward healing and resilience.
