Throughout life we are faced with a variety of challenges that sometimes need more support than our friends and family can provide for us. This does not mean that we are broken. We may need the insight of a professional we can trust to help guide us through these difficult times in our lives. I use a variety of evidenced based approaches with my clients depending on their needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
