Hi there! My name is Lizzie, and I am so happy you are here. I have been working in the field of mental health for the past four years and have always had a passion for helping others. I am currently entering my second year of the University of Utah’s Master of Social Work program. Over the years I have worked with many individuals who have struggled with anxiety, depression, and other difficulties. My favorite part of this work is seeing clients find hope and learn skills to navigate difficult situations. I believe in creating a safe space where clients can feel heard and work on finding what makes them happy. I understand those feelings of being overwhelmed and lost and I truly believe that the support of others is incredibly helpful.
