Life can feel overwhelming at times, and needing support is a normal and human part of navigating difficult seasons. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood—where you can talk openly about whatever you are facing, without judgment. I strive to be genuine, compassionate, and curious about your unique experiences, always working to understand things from your point of view.

I work with a wide range of clients and have extensive experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, OCD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, and eating disorders, as well as those navigating relationship challenges and general life stressors. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative, client-led process that is tailored to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. My approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Through my own life experiences, I have learned how powerful it can be to have someone beside you when you feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed. I hope to be a safe and supportive presence for you as you work toward healing and growth. Reaching out for help takes courage, and it speaks to your strength. I would be honored to walk alongside you and look forward to meeting you.
