Change is a natural and often positive part of life—but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique journey. I believe the most effective healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and safe—empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and develop tools to foster resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University and have experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method for couples. I’ve worked with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges such as compulsive behaviors, trauma, anxiety, grief, and more. My priority is to meet you where you are and focus on the areas where you most need support.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, hiking, kayaking, playing board games, and spending quality time with my family. These moments of connection and reflection help keep me grounded—something I also aim to offer in the therapeutic space
