I am a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) in Washington State, dedicated to creating a collaborative, supportive space where you can move toward meaningful growth. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and safe to explore all parts of themselves. My work is tailored to you: your values, story, goals, and the pace that feels right for you.

I view mental health symptoms as messengers, often reflecting ways we’ve learned to cope with pain, protect ourselves, or navigate unmet needs. In therapy, I invite clients to explore these symptoms with curiosity. With greater understanding, we can gently shift what’s no longer working and move toward healing that reaches beyond symptom relief into deeper, lasting change. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck or burdened by past experiences they haven’t had the space or support to fully process. I am especially drawn to helping clients examine how these experiences shape their present struggles, unlearn harmful internalized narratives, and reconnect with their sense of agency, meaning, and self-compassion.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, identity exploration, perfectionism, and life transitions. My approach blends relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed frameworks with evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Integrating multiple frameworks allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but no matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to take the next step alone. Whether you are seeking support for a specific struggle or simply a space to grow, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered.
