Erin believes in utilizing an interdependent approach to healing, employing techniques that are person-centered and solution-focused, as well as incorporating methods from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Specializing in individual, couples, and family counseling, Erin addresses a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational conflicts, and family dynamic concerns. She warmly welcomes clients aged four and above into her practice.
Erin holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy at Lamar University. Her diverse academic background, combined with her personal experiences and empathetic nature, allows her to offer solid support for those in need of relationship restoration, whether with themselves or others.
Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys reading and hiking, which help her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the therapy room, as she actively participates in community outreach programs and continues to seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Currently on the path to becoming EMDR certified, she is committed to expanding her skill set to better serve her clients' needs.
