Hello! I am a Social Work Master's level intern at the University of Utah in my last year of school. I am passionate about helping people feel heard and validated. My goal is to empower clients and help them take steps towards living their life they want to live. I work with children, teens, and adults, and have experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, and OCD. I enjoy using a combination of CBT, DBT, and ACT methodologies based on each individual client's needs. I look forward to working with you!
