Change is a natural and often positive part of life—but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Deneb’s approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. He believes that the most effective healing happens when clients feel seen, heard, and safe—empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create. With Deneb’s support, clients explore what matters most to them and develop tools that foster resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Deneb earned his Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University and brings experience in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method for couples. He has worked with individuals facing challenges such as compulsive behaviors, trauma, anxiety, grief, and more. His priority is to meet each client where they are and provide support that aligns with their needs and goals.
Outside of his professional work, Deneb enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, playing board games, and spending quality time with his family. These moments of connection and reflection help keep him grounded—something he strives to offer within the therapeutic space as well.
