Often times in conversations about what we learn in therapy, we shortchange ourselves by thinking that coping skills are about as good as it gets. While learning coping skills is crucial for mental health, I know that therapy also has the power to create meaningful changes and healing that extend well beyond the limits of mere coping skills and behavioral modification. Each of us possesses an innate ability to grow and to creatively meet the demands of life.

Therapy is a collaborative process that is transformative in nature. I believe that the path to change and healing starts in a safe and supportive environment where individuals can feel free to express themselves and their concerns.

I am passionate about helping my clients to live more authentic, meaningful lives. I have expertise in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and faith-related concerns using a relational model of therapy. I have extensive background working with adolescents and young adults. I use techniques from various therapeutic modalities including ACT, EFT, and experiential methods to create lasting change and foster healing. Outside of work, I enjoy powerlifting, eating doughnuts, and spending time with my cat, Bubba.
