Life is full of transitions and change. Graduation, marriage, raising children, career changes, divorce, grief, and growing up all bring unique challenges.
I am a counseling intern at Meadowbrook and beginning the third year of my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their lives and find meaning and purpose in their decisions. My previous work with high school students at a college and career center fueled my desire to support and guide clients through periods of identity development, anxiety, and life transitions.
I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported during difficult seasons of life. I am interested in holistic wellness, including mind, body, and spirit. I believe counseling can empower people to live with greater purpose and wellness. I am also SYMBIS certified and interested in relationship and premarital counseling. When I'm not counseling, I enjoy disc golf, hiking, spending time with my wife and kids, or reading.
