I am in my final year of the Master of Social Work program at the University of Utah, bringing both professional training and lived experience to my practice. Before pursuing a career in mental health, I worked as a first responder, which taught me the value of presence, adaptability, and compassion for individuals experiencing stressful life events. My background includes working with individuals facing substance dependency, addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. As someone who has navigated my own journey with substance use and trauma, I understand the courage it takes to step into therapy. I welcome clients from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, and those exploring, questioning, or redefining their beliefs.

In my work, I strive to create a space where you feel both safe and challenged—a place to bring your truth without fear, and to explore the changes you want for your life with honesty and determination. My style is collaborative and direct, with the belief that healing often requires both compassion and accountability. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a person who loves a good adventure, can’t stand mosquitoes or traffic, and believes humor is an underrated part of the healing process.
