Telehealth - Washington, Bothell, WA
LMHCA, EMDR

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. My therapeutic approach is rooted in relational therapy—I believe in walking alongside my clients as they navigate their unique journeys. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

I use person-centered and somatic-informed practices, and I’m a trained EMDR practitioner. I often integrate EMDR techniques into sessions to support meaningful healing and growth. A core part of my work involves helping clients understand and harmonize the different parts of themselves, encouraging internal balance and resilience.

My approach is collaborative and deeply focused on exploring thoughts and emotions, uncovering the underlying influences that shape current behaviors, and building greater self-awareness. I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients—including women, individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and families—through challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns.

Empowering clients by recognizing their strengths and nurturing a sense of safety and self-compassion is central to my work. I aim to keep the process interactive and light-hearted, offering tools, insights, and techniques tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to help you find deeper peace, connection, and authenticity in your life.
