I’m in my final year of the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at the University of Utah after completing my bachelor's degree at Southern Utah University. Through my work in child welfare and medical settings, I’ve supported individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and am devoted to personalizing my care to suit their needs.
I am passionate about meeting people where they are and providing the tools they need to find happiness and healing. I have helped individuals experiencing trauma, assisted people navigating crises, and connected clients to much-needed resources. I am committed to helping my clients feel safe, empowered, and supported by collaborating with them to recognize and build upon their own strengths throughout the therapeutic process.
In my free time I enjoy playing card games with my family, going to concerts, reading, and crafting. But I also love what I do - helping you! Investing in yourself and starting therapy is courageous and worthwhile. I look forward to working with you!
