I desire to provide a space for my clients to talk about their experiences and explore their emotions in a nonjudgmental and safe environment. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, and I am currently working on getting certified in EMDR.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, poor self-image, and trauma. I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I am currently providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
I have a bachelors degree in psychology from Utah State University and my masters degree from the University of Utah’s Master of Social Work program.
I would love to work together with you to help you reach your desired goals and overcome the struggles you face.
