I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with over 6 years of experience supporting individuals and families in school and community settings. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with students and low-income families, helping connect them with valuable community resources and support systems to improve overall well-being and stability.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Canyon University. My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and faith-based counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged as they work toward healing and positive change.

I offer therapy sessions in both English and Spanish and strive to create a comfortable, culturally supportive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
