Bothell, WA, Telehealth - Washington
CMHC-I

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University and hold a Graduate Certificate in Psychology from the American College of Greece. In addition to my counseling work, I bring a practical and holistic perspective to my practice through certifications and experience in financial coaching, kettlebell fitness training, and pastoral counseling.

In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities rooted in a cognitive framework, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy. I’m trained to work with individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, spiritual trauma, and identity concerns. I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, college students, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, immigrants, and individuals who have survived relationship violence or physical and sexual abuse.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel free to bring their hurts, burdens, questions, and concerns. Together, we work to build awareness, develop practical skills, and uncover deeper meaning in their lives—ultimately empowering them to grow and find lasting inner healing.
