A huge predictor of mental health outcomes is the ability to connect deeply as a practitioner and serve as a witness for clients to be fully, authentically themselves. Helping others in this capacity is one of my Dharmic callings in this life, and I will strive to see you, hear you, and support you to the best of my ability. I use strengths-based and humanistic modalities to help clients walk through the challenges of life to reemerge more awakened, more resilient, and more connected to themselves. Help me see you, and ultimately, truly SEE yourself!
I specialize in trauma treatments like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness practices to help clients understand their fears, their limiting internalized beliefs about themselves, and their avoidance patterns-we all have them! All mental health issues can be less painful with our own self-acceptance of our worth.
Available both in-person (in office) or online. I am currently receiving new clients, and would love to know if I am a good fit for you. There is hope. There is relief in doing the inner work and in being seen. You can change and grow in the safety of a non-judgmental environment. You are more capable than you know, and you know more than you think!
