I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with experience working in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. I have supported adults grappling with substance use disorders and at-risk adolescents facing co-occurring mental health and substance abuse challenges. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals on their healing journeys, believing that “All of the resources you need to triumph over your pain are already inside of you. It’s my job to help you find them. This is your healing journey, and it may get dark at times, but you don’t have to go it alone. Let me be the light to guide you.”
I am skilled in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am a Certified Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP) for bipolar and depression. I have extensive training in EMDR, neurofeedback, ketamine-assisted therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD. I am passionate about existential therapy, trauma work, teens in foster care, and overcoming self-harm. I also have experience with faith issues, sexual abuse, domestic violence, betrayal trauma, porn addiction, and reproductive issues. My clinical expertise spans a wide range of mental health diagnoses, with a particular focus on adolescents in both individual and group settings. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and build resilience.
In addition to my current work, I am passionate about advancing my knowledge and skills in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT). I aspire to become a certified facilitator in this emerging field, combining my therapeutic expertise with innovative approaches to support profound healing and transformation. My dedication to my clients and my forward-thinking vision drive me to be a dynamic and inspiring presence in the mental health community.
