I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am passionate about helping children, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. I am trained in trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR, and draw on my knowledge of healthy childhood development to understand how early experiences and family dynamics shape present-day emotions, behaviors, and relationships. My academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, which sharpened my ability to analyze complex relational dynamics with clarity—skills I now bring into the therapy room to support meaningful change.
I help clients understand and heal the underlying experiences that drive emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and relationship patterns. Using trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR, I work with children, individuals, couples, and families to process past experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier ways of relating.
I am committed to creating a compassionate, supportive space where clients of all ages feel truly seen and heard. Whether supporting children, parents, or adults who feel stuck in the past, we can gently explore challenges, honor strengths, and work toward healthier relationships and a more balanced, meaningful life.
