Seeking support can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to face life's challenges alone. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to share their experiences, explore their emotions, and recognize the strengths they already possess.
I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah Tech University and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. While I enjoy working with clients of all ages, I have a particular passion for supporting children and adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up and discovering who they are.
I place a deep focus on understanding you, your experiences, and what matters most to you, creating a therapeutic approach that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and work toward the goals that are most important to you. Together, we can develop tools, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply seeking greater fulfillment and connection in your life, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
