Hello! I am a clinical social worker, and I am so excited to work with you on your treatment goals. I received my Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where I studied and practiced Trauma-Informed care, Person-Centered treatment approaches, and Solution-Focused therapies. I also have experience using EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Stabilization and Intervention, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotion-Regulation practices.
I have worked with a variety of clients of all ages and demographics, and use active, reflective listening and empathy to understand your life challenges and experiences, so that we can work together toward your wellness and growth. I have experience working with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Schizophrenia, and a variety of other serious and persistent mental illnesses.
