Elizabeth is currently in the final year of her Master in Social Work program at Boise State University. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Utah Valley University. Elizabeth's professional experience is centered around working with adults who have Substance Use Disorder, as well as with girls and women struggling with eating disorders. Additionally, she has experience in addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma.
Elizabeth is committed to providing her clients with a calm and safe environment, where they can learn to identify and choose responses to their emotions that are in line with their values, leading to happier and more fulfilling lives. She believes in the importance of support from others when facing life's challenges. Elizabeth feels honored to be a part of her clients' journeys towards healing and achieving their goals.
