CSW-I

I am in my final year of the online Master of Social Work program at Grand Canyon University. I previously earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish from Brigham Young University. I have experience working as a school social worker with children in elementary schools, as well as serving as a mentor for youth in a residential treatment center for anxiety and OCD.

I welcome all clients, including children, youth, and adults. I strive to create a safe and empathic space where I can support clients in helping themselves through a Person-Centered approach to therapy.

I grew up in Colorado and later made Utah my home after attending BYU, where I met my husband of three years while participating in the marching band. I love being outdoors—camping, hiking, skiing, and exploring national parks are some of my favorite activities. In my free time, I enjoy cuddling with my cats, watching The Office, playing board games, and making flowers for my Etsy shop.
