Hi, I’m Fern—a bilingual therapist with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have spent the past two years supporting children and families navigating the impacts of trauma, including domestic violence, physical abuse, and sexual abuse.

My approach is rooted in a humanistic perspective that centers empathy, connection, and shared humanity. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered—always honoring the strength and resilience they bring into the room.

As someone who is deeply passionate about education and reducing stigma, I believe in the power of open, honest conversations to foster healing and understanding. Whether I'm supporting a young person through a difficult moment or partnering with families to rebuild trust, I bring both clinical expertise and cultural sensitivity to my work.

I was born in Mexico and have lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life—two parts of my identity that I carry with immense pride. Outside the therapy room, you'll find me exploring the outdoors—hiking, backpacking, or biking with my loyal adventure buddy, Zeus.
