Grace Samuels

Telehealth, Orem, UT
MFT-I

I'm Grace Samuels, a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) completing my master's degree at Capella University. My approach blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine warmth and connection. After earning my bachelor's in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-Idaho, I discovered my passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with both understanding and practical tools.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Collaborative Language Systems because I've seen how powerfully these approaches help people uncover emotional patterns, build stronger relationships, and develop resilience. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, faith transitions, identity questions, or major life changes, I meet you where you are with respect for your unique story and needs.

What drives my work is a fundamental belief in the healing that happens when we feel truly seen and understood. In our sessions, you'll find a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I work with equal care whether you're an individual seeking clarity, a couple wanting to reconnect, or a family navigating transition.

Everyone deserves support that honors who they are, which is why I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+-affirming care. If you're looking for a therapist who combines professional expertise with real human connection, I'd be honored to work with you. Let's start this journey together.
