As a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Touro University, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and support. Whether you're rebuilding trust after a relationship break, strengthening your partnership, improving parenting dynamics, navigating a faith transition, coping with infertility/postpartum, or working through other major life transitions, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we'll build on your strengths, create practical solutions, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that small changes can lead to meaningful growth, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and 4 children, attending soccer games, traveling, and sometimes sneaking away to read a good book!
