LCMHC, EMDR, Neurofeedback

I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) and EMDR therapist who works with most mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and complex trauma and relational wounds. I aim to support those who have experienced various types of challenges including grief, divorce, sexual trauma, chronic stress, attachment trauma, major life changes, or painful relationship patterns, helping clients make sense of how past experiences continue to shape present-day emotions, relationships, and self-beliefs.

My approach is collaborative, and I prioritize building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship where healing can unfold at a pace that feels respectful and empowering. Using EMDR and other relational, trauma-informed practices, my goal is to help clients gently reprocess difficult experiences, strengthen internal stability, and reconnect with a sense of agency, self-leadership, and self-compassion. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens in relationship—both with ourselves and others, and that lasting change is possible when clients feel seen, supported, and understood.

In my spare time I enjoy reading almost anything I can get my hands on, doing puzzles, being silly with my family, watching crime dramas, doing embroidery–a new hobby for me, and learning more about how we humans navigate this crazy and beautiful world! I love my work and find it a true privilege to walk the path of healing with my clients.
