I have a humanistic, whole-person, strength based approach when working with clients. The goal is help each person develop an arsenal of tools that they can independently access when they need to. These tools are an integration of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a range of therapeutic approaches.
