Sometimes the pain and complexities of life can feel too overwhelming to navigate alone. I believe that the capacity to heal, adapt, and grow through adversity exists within every person. At times, people simply need support to access that inner strength, develop effective solutions, and discover meaning in their experiences. I view therapy as a powerful process that helps clients reconnect with their resilience and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and hold a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University.

I bring multiple years of experience in residential treatment settings, supporting individuals with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, suicidality, and family/relationship distress. My clinical style is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, with a holistic focus on meeting clients where they are in the healing process.

I integrate interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), narrative and strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) principles/interventions when appropriate to treatment goals and client readiness.

I believe people heal most effectively when they feel safe, supported, and understood, and I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients can process challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward sustained growth and well-being.
