Concerns I Help With
This therapist supports clients navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges such as:
- Veterans
- Police/First Responders
- Personality Disorders
- Trauma and PTSD

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-focused humanistic perspective, helping you treat not only surface-level symptoms but also the underlying relationships, experiences, and patterns that drive them.
You may intellectually understand why you feel the way you do yet still struggle to change the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, thoughts, and sense of self.
My clinical approach draws from attachment theory, CBT, ACT, DBT, and experiential approaches to form highly individualized plans. My hope is for treatment to be dynamic and flexible, prioritizing your needs by setting goals along the way.
My goal for clients is to develop greater self-compassion, improve interpersonal relationships, and learn the tools to carve out the life you want. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity, authenticity, and respect, I would be honored to work with you.
