I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University in 2014, and my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2026.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, including multicultural individuals, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
As a systemic therapist, I am most passionate about working with couples in all stages of their journey—whether engaged, newly married, navigating separation, or healing after divorce—as well as with new parents and those facing challenges related to sexuality and shame. Though family systems is where my greatest passion lies, I deeply enjoy working with individuals as well. I have experience helping individuals through trauma recovery and navigating relational conflict and abuse.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Bowenian Family Therapy, and EMDR modalities. These systemic and trauma-informed therapies allow me to support clients with empathy and sensitivity. Above all, my priority is fostering a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where every person can feel truly seen and supported.
Outside of my work, you’ll often find me reading, painting, writing, and spending time with my sweet daughters and husband.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey. Let’s connect!
