I'm a second-year Master of Social Work (MSW) student at Grand Canyon University with over 10 years of experience in the medical and mental health fields. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and am passionate about expanding my work to support individuals across the lifespan.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and sandtray therapy, to meet clients where they are and create a safe, supportive environment for growth. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and major life transitions.
I am deeply committed to helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy and strive to build genuine, trusting relationships with each client I work with. I view therapy as a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can grow, heal, and better understand themselves, and I'm dedicated to helping clients feel heard and valued throughout their journey.
