When you’re navigating a difficult season, whether it involves your health, relationships, family conflict, or the lasting effects of trauma, it can be hard to know where to turn. When you carry these challenges alone, they can become increasingly difficult to manage. You deserve support, and you don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to begin making a change.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to help you find a way forward. I have experience supporting a variety of individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, faiths, cultures, ages, gender identities, and military backgrounds. I recognize your experiences are unique and value understanding your individual story, strengths, and perspectives. I find fulfillment in building meaningful therapeutic relationships and walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward healing and growth. I understand that your experiences affect more than just you; they can influence your relationships, family dynamics, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. My approach incorporates various evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed care, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and family systemic approaches based on your needs and personal insight. I look forward to helping you recognize your strengths, identify meaningful goals, and discover practical steps toward change. You don’t have to have all the answers before starting therapy. Together, we can build on what is already working, navigate what feels difficult, and help you move toward a life that feels more hopeful, connected, and aligned with your values.
