I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in Washington, and I meet my clients exactly where they are. I offer a collaborative and supportive space for individuals, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, and struggles with confidence, connection, and overall well-being.

My work is grounded in person-centered therapy, with a focus on truly understanding your unique experience and helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I also incorporate evidence-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts, mindfulness, and Polyvagal Theory. By weaving these approaches together, I help you build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I partner with my clients to explore patterns, relationships, and challenges in a safe and compassionate environment. My aim is to help you feel more grounded, centered, and in tune with your own inner guidance so you can move forward in life with clarity and confidence.

I have experience supporting clients across the lifespan and I especially enjoy helping people with relational stress, communication challenges, and the everyday ups and downs of life. I earned my master’s degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and I am bilingual in Farsi. I am committed to providing personalized care that supports your growth, strengthens your relationships, and fosters authentic change. I believe true change happens when people feel deeply understood, and I strive to create that experience in every session we have together.
