Telehealth - Utah, Salt Lake City
CSW-I

I am a Master of Social Work intern from the University of Utah, and I approach therapy with a compassionate, solution-focused mindset. I ground my work in a humanistic perspective, empathetic connection, structured goal setting, and a deep respect for the dignity and worth of every individual I work with.

With over eight years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, I’ve developed a strong ability to align evidence-based practices with what my clients want for their lives. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Narrative Therapy. I’m also trained in trauma-informed care, grief and loss, and culturally responsive care.

I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are navigating severe mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I also work with individuals going through life transitions, family concerns, and identity exploration—particularly within LGBTQ+ communities. My commitment is to collaborate with you through open, honest communication, and to create a therapeutic experience that feels empowering, meaningful, and uniquely supportive to your goals.
