Concerns I Help With
This therapist supports clients navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges such as:
- Adolescents/Teens
- Family

My passion for helping others began at a young age and ultimately led me to pursue a career in social work. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of South Dakota. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children and families from a variety of backgrounds and supporting them through both everyday challenges and more difficult seasons of life.
I believe that one of the most important parts of this work is creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the individuals and families I work with and building trusting relationships with them.
My goal is to meet each person where they are, recognize their unique strengths, and provide support that helps them feel confident and empowered as they move forward. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that allows me to connect with others and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I approach each person with compassion, patience, and an open mind, and I strive to make every individual feel valued and supported.
